Send your exchange details to our representative on WhatsApp. Our rider will pick up your item and deliver the new one for Rs. 500. Exchanges arrive within 4 to 5 working days.
Our representative will share the return address. Send the parcel through any courier (TCS, PostEx, Leopards); return delivery charges are paid by the customer. We verify the parcel within 2 days and refund you through EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. Rs. 250 is deducted from the refundable amount.
