We try our level best to deliver the product as early as possible. Once the order is placed on our website, our staff will check your shipping address. Machine wash at 30ยฐC or hand wash in lukewarm water, preferably using cold water to help maintain the fabric's color and quality. Use a mild, gentle detergent and avoid bleach, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. For drying, line dry in the shade or use a tumble dryer on low heat, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. If ironing is required, use low heat and handle delicate fabrics carefully. Washing garments inside-out is recommended to help protect prints, colors, and fabric quality. Exchange allowed if:
- Wrong size received
- Product unused & in original condition
- Product not damaged by customer
Step 3 โ Rider Pickup
We will send our own rider to collect the product for exchange.
Step 4 โ Delivery Charges
Pay Rs. 500 (pickup + new delivery).
Step 5 โ New Product Delivery
After receiving & checking your product, we will deliver the replacement item.
